Ukraine's largest environmental movement Let's do it Ukraine has launched a project since the first day of the war: collecting international humanitarian aid from various countries, donations of financial resources to support volunteers, children, women, the elderly and all civilian casualties in Ukraine. in their homes, shelters, basements. Let's do it! Ukraine SOS is a social project created by the All-Ukrainian Youth Movement Let's Do It Ukraine with the support of International Let's Do It Movement, School Recycling World, which works in two formats to support civilians, providing food, hygiene, medicine. The first format of the Let's do it Ukraine SOS project is humanitarian aid from abroad. The organization provides support for: logistics of humanitarian goods from other countries, documentation and transport across borders, unloading, further delivery to coordinators of regions, cities and countries. The second format of the Let's do it Ukraine SOS project is to provide citizens with essential resources. This format helps develop a support network for residents, although the green corridor for humanitarian aid has not yet been established, but local food stores, shops and pharmacies are open. Volunteers buy food, medicines, hygiene products and, upon request, distribute aid to citizens and volunteers. As of 30 March, the project is already providing humanitarian assistance in the following areas: Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Zakarpattia, Odesa, Kirovohrad, Poltava and Poltava. More than 1,500 activists from different parts of Ukraine participate in the project. From day one, the organization created volunteer teams, redistributive depots and humanitarian aid centers. During the first month of the war, project volunteers received and distributed over 240 tons of humanitarian aid from friendly countries: Italy, Estonia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Slovakia and Poland. For 1,600,000 UAH in charitable contributions, the volunteers have already purchased and distributed food, hygiene products, basic medicines, baby food, diapers and part of the funds have been spent on logistics. ITALY only from Italy thanks to our precious partners, more than 20 trucks of 15/20 tons CAD have left to date, from Milan, Verona, Turin, Tuscany, Campania and other cities and regions.
